What is 'R1AL'?'R1AL' stands for 'Replace First, Ask Later' which is a new idea from Schneider Electric. It means that we replace the defective product by a new one before carrying out an investigation. Why 'R1AL'?We want to provide you with better service and improve your satisfaction level by placing "save you from troubles" in our first priority. What products are eligible for 'R1AL'?'R1AL' is applicable to products within their warranty period. The warranty period is normally valid for 18 months starting from the delivery date. When the date of delivery cannot be verified, 24 months from the manufacturing date will be applied. What is the conditions of applying 'R1AL'?Products must fall within the warranty period. Customers are required to inform the invoice no. / manufacturing date (date code) to activate the replacement process. Remarks:
